If the product you bought isn't what you expected — for any reason — email me within 14 days and I'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund
Email hello@uncorkedat58.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order confirmation number or the email address you used to purchase. That's all we need.
We'll confirm your refund within 3 business days and process it within 5 business days after that. Your payment processor (Gumroad, Stripe, or the course platform) will return the funds to the original payment method, which typically takes an additional 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

What this policy doesn't cover
- Requests made after 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer a refund. If you're close to the deadline and have a valid concern, email us anyway and we'll try to help.
- Chargebacks without contacting us first. If you have a problem, email us. We resolve almost every issue directly. Filing a chargeback without reaching out first may result in the loss of access to all of our products.
- Gift purchases to a third party. Refunds go to the original purchaser, not the recipient.
- Bundled discounts. If you purchased a bundle and want to refund a single item, we'll refund the item at its standalone price, not the bundle-discounted price.
Why we offer a 14-day guarantee
Because you shouldn't have to hope a course is what you thought it was. Fourteen days is enough time to watch the lessons, try the method, and decide if it's worth what you paid.
We'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that isn't helping.
If you have a problem that isn't a refund
If you're having trouble accessing a product, opening a worksheet, or logging into the course platform — please don't refund first. Email us and we'll fix the technical issue. Usually within a business day.
